Registered guests (non-Applebee's employees) will receive credit for each dollar spent at participating Applebee's restaurants for qualifying purchases that convert to valuable rewards. When balances reach a reward threshold level (see table below) an email notification will be sent to the address associated with the account that will permitted the guest to claim a reward. Rewards points can also be retrieved via an access code from the guest's mobile cellular device. After reward points are utilized, the appropriate number of points will be deducted from the participant's account. When correlating points are converted to rewards during a visit, the points are permanently removed from your account.

*Applebee's Loyalty Reward levels offered are subject to additions, modifications, inclusion/exclusion changes and eliminations. Void where prohibited. Applebee's reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value for any reason.

GETTING STARTED:

  1. Un-enrolled guests (non-Applebee's employees) must notify a server to express interest in joining our Loyalty Rewards Program; there is no cost to enroll. Existing or current program participants' accounts are automatically rolled-over to the revised program effective Oct 15, 2013. Current employees of Applebee's are not eligible.
  2. Guests must register your card with a valid name, mailing address, active e-mail address, and telephone number. Members are responsible for updating this information. Members cannot get credit for visits prior to registration. By registering the member agrees to all program rules.
  3. Guests may set-up a combined account with their spouse, but not with any other member(s). Only one card per account can be issued. We may discontinue your membership and void or cancel your account and any associated rewards credits at any time, for any reason, without notice to you, including if we suspect that you have engaged in fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or theft, or have otherwise acted illegally, or in violation of these program rules; in add to taking the appropriate administrative and/or legal action.

HOW THE PROGRAMS WORKS:

  1. Guests accumulate points and select rewards based on how many points banked; points do not expire annually. One point is earned for every dollar spent.
  2. Only the person paying the bill will be credited with points. If other program members are in your party and have qualifying purchases, then ask the server to provide a separate check and apply the rewards for each member's purchases to that member's Loyalty Rewards Account.
  3. Reward points may not be used towards payment of tax, delivery fees, or tip or for the purchase of alcoholic beverages or Applebee's gift cards. The reward points has no cash value, is not for resale and no change will be given for reward point redemption. Points will not be re-credited to a member's account if card becomes lost or stolen, delayed or misdirected in email, mail or otherwise during transit. Rewards are non-transferable to another member's account.
  4. Rewards are accessible instantly upon request online or via the mobile application and can be printed, stored on a mobile device, emailed to the email address on file or accessed later in the Reward History module within their assigned account. From time to time, our guests will receive an email notification, to the email address on file, when they have enough points to be eligible to claim a reward.
  5. Program members cannot request more than 2 reward items on a given date and no more than 3 reward items in a given week. Limit of one reward item per visit. Reward points redemption may not be used in conjunction with other coupons, promotions or discounts. We may discontinue your membership and void or cancel your account and any associated credits at any time, for any reason, without notice to you, including if we suspect that you have engaged in fraud or theft, or have otherwise acted illegally, or in violation of these Terms. We also reserve the right at any time to limit Program enrollment, or to establish different levels of Program participation or targeted offers that may result in promotions that are not available to all Members.
  6. Participation in the Loyalty Rewards Program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective participant resides.
  7. In order to keep your account in good standing, it must be used at least once every 365 days. Accounts that are inactive for a period of 365 days will be automatically suspended.
