Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the MVNPoints program:

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Sign up here or inform your server that you would like to join the program and they will be happy to sign you up! A name, email address, and mobile phone number are required for sign-up. Your account will be tracked through this information.
 
HOW IS THE PROGRAM TRACKED? WILL I RECEIVE A CARD?
Our new and improved Most Valuable Neighbor program is tracked completely through your email or phone number. Just make sure to inform your server that you are a member or want to be and we will take care of the rest!
 
WHAT DO I GET OUT OF BEING A MEMBER?
You will receive exclusive members only specials, access to members only events and discounts, and points that can be redeemed for free items! The list goes on. In short, we want say “Thank you” for choosing us! Please visit our Benefits tab for more details.
 
DO POINTS EXPIRE?
Points do not expire for active members. Just visit once every 180 days to remain active. Make sure you provide the server your phone number or account number during each visit to ensure you receive points and to remain an active member.
 
WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY INFORMATION?
Your information is protected and treated as highly confidential. We promise we won't sell your information or give it to anyone who doesn't absolutely need to know. Check out our Privacy Policy for complete details.
 
HOW DO I KNOW ABOUT MY REWARDS?
To see what you have earned, please log-in to your account to see what you have accumulated. In addition, please check your email as we will be sending you discounts, deals, and information that is relevant to your rewards account.
 
HOW DO I ACCUMULATE POINTS?
When you dine at one of our participating locations, be sure to inform your server that you are a member and inform them of the phone number or email address associated with your account. Your points will be instantly added at the end of your transaction!
 
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY POINTS FROM MY LAST VISIT, HOW DO I ADD THEM?
If your points were not added in store, please email our guest relations at mvninfo@mvnpoints.com with a picture of your receipt. Please include a reason to why the points were not added in store. We will be happy to add them to your account!
 
CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON BE ADDED TO AN ACCOUNT?
Guests may set-up a combined account with their spouse or partner, but not with any other member(s).
